The 8th Annual Thomas J. Huemmer Memorial Golf Outing

Our friend, Thomas J. Huemmer died in a helicopter crash in Hawaii in September 2004.  We now honor his memory at an annual golf outing in Avon Lake, Ohio.  We donate the proceeds to a scholarship fund which has been established in his name at his alma mater, Saint Ignatius High School in Cleveland.

Tom graduated from St. Ignatius High School in 1986, Villanova University in 1990 and received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1994.

Thanks to the overwhelming support which we have received from friends, family, colleagues and local businesses, the Thomas J. Huemmer Memorial Golf Outing, which has been held in June the past seven years, has been an incredible success. We have been able to raise over $74,000 to support the St. Ignatius Scholarship Fund which was established in Tom's memory.

We hope that you will join us this year as we gather in Tom's memory to enjoy sun, golf, memories and fun and to demonstrate to Tom's family how much Tom was respected and admired and how many lives he touched.
